1. What services do you offer?
   In addition to the almost endless array of custom-imprinted promotional products,we silk screen and embroider garments and accessories.
2. Why don't you list prices for silk screening and embroidery?
   Because everyone has a different design,everything is priced on an individual case-by-case basis. Generally speaking,silk screened items are priced according to the number of colors while embroidery depends on the stitch count.
3. What is the minimum order?
   We can print or embroider as few as a dozen garments. Minimums for promotional products vary with the individual items as listed under the "Products"heading.
4. What is your average turnaround time?
   7-10 working days for silk-screened or embroidered goods
5. How many colors can you silk screen?
   We can print as many as 14 colors!
6. How many colors can you embroider?
   15 colors maximum per design . Remember,it's the stitch count that counts!
7. What are your artwork requirements?
   Any good vector art;i.e.,Ai,.eps,Corel Draw
8. What is vector art? Raster?
   The difference between vector and raster graphics is that raster graphics are comprised of pixels,while vector graphics are comprised of
   paths. A raster graphic,such as a gif or jpeg,is an array of pixels of various colors which,when combined,form an image. A vector
   graphic like .eps or Adobe Illustrator file is comprised of paths or lines,either straight or curved. Because vector graphics are not
   comprised of pixels,the images can be scaled larger without any distortion or loss of quality. Not so with raster images,which if enlarged,
   will become pixelated. Logos and other designs are almost exclusively done in the vector format,so there is no loss of quality whether it's
   being printed on a business card or a poster.
9. What is simulated process printing?
   It's a process in which multiple opaque spot colors and halftones are used to create a realistic photo-like image.
10. What if I don't have the required art?
    No problem. We can do it for you. (Just send us what you have and/or tell us what you want.)
11. What can't you do?
    Climbing Everest or Kilimanjaro might pose a challenge (although we've been known to jump pretty high hurdles).
12. What are my payment options?
    We accept Visa,Master Card,certified checks,money orders,and of course,good ol' U.S. currency.
